What’s new at Nitehawk?

This year Nitehawk developed a massive half pipe that is very popular among guests and gets a ton of use with the approach of the 2010 Arctic Winter Games.

They have added a 4000 square foot expansion to the chalet which has opened up much more room for guests and makes a day visit to Nitehawk extremely welcoming and comfortable.

Nitehawk was granted $500,000 from the provincial government that was put towards their snowmaking capabilities. They rely mostly on man-made snow but the quality of the snow does not suffer as it still feels soft and fluffy under your feet.
